Throughout my life ‘Resilience’ has been a process that I have felt strongly, we all have the ability to be resilient and I am sure there have been many moments when you have ‘bounce back’ after difficult situations.

Resilience; the capacity to withstand or to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness.

The Helix symbol represents. adaptability, perseverance and resilience. The spiral symbol can be found in all aspects of life, from DNA to nature and the formations of galaxies.

The Resilience Collection offers a large single ammonite, a collection of 3 ammonites and a quote print “What is yours will find you”. I wanted these cards to brighten someones day or give strength to someone when they need it.
